I’m Kristen, a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who believes that the real failure of modern healthcare is pretending that “good enough” is acceptable. 

I’ve seen what happens when patients are ignored until they’re sick, when wellness is treated as an afterthought, and when data is wasted instead of used to drive results. I have been in the same offices, same chairs, and heard all the same “well everything is normal” even when I feel like I’m ready to burst from the inside out. That’s why I built something different.

I didn’t create Chase Elite Wellness & Concierge to play nice with a broken system. I created it because I was tired of watching medicine turn into an assembly line. Patients waiting weeks for rushed appointments, being handed prescriptions instead of answers, and calling that “care.” That’s not care. That’s a transaction.

I believe healthcare begins with authentic relationships, and I want every patient to feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their journey.
